Friendly and helpful.
Thank you for your positive feedback, which will be fed back to the team.
Your receptionist was engaged in a long phone call and I decided not to interrupt her and since standing for me is uncomfortable I sat down and apparently the receptionist thought I was waiting for someone I had accompanied.
The practice needs two receptionsits at all times. When free the receptionist actively sorted out my problems.
Thank you to the doctor who reassured me.
I am sorry you did not get booked in at the desk, we are considering purchasing an electronic touch screen in future to alleviate the queue at the desk. We do actually have two receptionists on duty in the mornings, however have recently moved the second receptionist upstairs to answer calls and hopefully improve patient confidentiality. Sometimes it is hard to tell initially when an enquiry is going to be a long one and interrupt the caller to transfer the call upstairs, but all receptionists do try to do this whenever appropriate.
During recent emergency visit, immediate attention given for hospital visit with paramedics, great team effort.
Thank you, it was good to see you back in surgery a couple of weeks later looking quite well again.
I am very satidfied with the Doctors, Nurses and Staff at The Barn Surgery. My only complaint is the difficulty I have when trying to get through to reception by phone.
Thank you for your feedback, we continuously review our appointment system to try and improve it for everyone.
I visited the surgery at 1550 on 17/2/15 concerning the suggested reference to a GP by the local Rowlands Pharmacist.
I was offered an appointment for an hour later and was treated with care and attention by the Receptionist and female GP I saw subsequently.
Whilst the surgery building is small the service offered counteracts that issue.
I am also impressed by the service I receive from My Diabetic Nurse Carolyn who over 18 months has helped me to reduce my HBA1C glucose levels.
All much appreciated
Thank you for your lovely feedback which will be shared with the team.
